PFV Property Management is the operations arm of Prestige Freedom Ventures.
The Operator
Prestige Freedom Ventures is the holding company of Brandon Anderson — U.S. Army veteran, founder of the Eagle Revolution family of home-services companies, and professional combat sports official.
The house is built on a simple order of operations: Eagle earns it and improves it. PFV owns it and keeps it. Property management is the seam where those two halves meet — and once we had built the machine to maintain our own portfolio, running it for other owners was the obvious next move.
Every PFV division runs on the same doctrine: own the asset, document the system, and keep your word on paper.
A manager who has never held a nail gun is guessing at what a repair should cost. We are not guessing. We know what the roof costs because we install roofs.
That is the entire pitch, and it is the only one that matters.
