What we will not do.

We will not mark up a repair and call it management. We will not sit on a work order for three weeks because a subcontractor won't return a call — the crews are ours, and they answer to us.

We will not place a tenant we would not place in our own building to fill a vacancy a month faster. And we will not send you a statement that hides a problem inside a line item.

If that costs us an account, it costs us an account.
